Tips on how to handle this! I Need Help! PLEASE!?

Hi, I'm Maci! I need help please! I have been asking questions about how to talk to this boy, but nothing seems to be working, so those who answer to this question, maybe YOUR the ones who can finally help! This boy is in band with me, I do not even know his name. Every morning, (which I am lucky because I actually look pretty in the mornings!) He and his buds stand/sit/hang in the entry way to the band hall. I always feel like I am walking down a runway because I know they see me and look at me. I feel HIS eyes sometimes too. Okay so now to the good parts. I have been learning how to play the vibraphone, which is a percussion instrument, and that is what he does. One day in the hallway I was practicing and he and his buds came up and started to watch me, staring. When our band instructor said "Sean, come help her with this" (Sean is one of the buds) They ALL rushed over, including him. Then another day, It was just me in the hallway and I was wearing a very flattering dress, and he came in and said, "Shoudn't you be practicing" very sarcastic and playful. But I got so nervous I just started stuttering. I also stare at him alot, and he might have caught me once or twice. And today, I came up to him after school to ask him how things went with UIL, he told me they hadn't gone yet, and I just walked off. Stuttering and saying things I don't remember. May I also add in, that I had on a tacky, ripped up shirt, and my hair was crazy from wind, and my makeup was smeared. But, on the contrary, I did have on prettty shorts haha. So what was going through his mind, and how can I get to know him better? THANK YOU!
