What is it called when you believe in God, but you don't believe in religion?

If there is a God, then He created or guided the creation of the world. If there is a God, then He would not make a world and then abandon it. He would communicate with intelligent, spiritual humans. He did that through people He selected. He had them, through inspiration, write a book so everyone could learn about Him. He would not write different books that contradict each other. The bible is true and is God's revelation to us.
