First crusade massacre question?

It was reported some of their starving troops turned cannibal and cooked and ate parts of the dead Turks. When the place was finally taken all the men were massacred, the women and children sold as slaves in Antioch.

Is leaving dogs outside all day cruelty when they want to be inside?

So my dad and his wife have two labs which they leave outside during the day while they are at work. I live somewhere else so I only see the dogs about a couple times a month. Every time I go over there, I let them in because they want to be inside. One of them hates being left alone outside! He likes it outside, only when people are with him. He sleeps all day and prefers to do that in an air conditioned house and on the couch. I know this cause the only time I can get him outside is if I drag him or stay out there with him but as soon as I come in he pushes me out of the way to make sure I don't leave him out. It doesn't matter the weather, he always wants to be inside during the day. Sometimes after them being inside for 8 hours, I come home and feed them and he wont go outside! He'd rather hold it all day inside than be out. The other dog doesn't really care as long as she is with him and not alone. They do have water (though most of the time it doesn't look very clean) and beds in the shade. I don't even think my dads wife has even washed their dog bowls with soap. It's disgusting. One time their bowl had a little bit of non clean water from the day before and my dad went to pour it out and his wife actually told him not too and to just fill it. Wtf? The only times they get washed and get clean water is when I do it. Which isn't much since I'm not over there that often. Whenever I tell them it's too hot outside/too cold out or to just leave them inside because they want to be in I always get the same response "they're dogs, they like it outside". I just don't really see the point in leaving them out, they never go to the bathroom in the house, they don't make a mess, all they do is lay on the couch. My dad's family is just obsessed with the dogs not being inside. They don't like dogs which is the reason. Every time I'm home alone and someone shows up the first thing they say is "why are the dogs inside" It just makes no sense to me. Like it's okay to them if they are inside from 8pm to 8 am but 8am to 8 pm they just have to be outside! I don't get it... I consider what they are doing cruelty, leaving the dogs outside when its 30-90 degrees out. I just don't see the harm in leaving them in. Am I wrong?

My finger won't stop bleeding?

I was working with my polymer clay and was using the razor blade to cut some of it. It slipped and made a 1 inch cut on my finger. I ran to the kitchen and washed it with soap and hot water. Then I grabbed a paper towel and I put it on the cut and went to my mom. She put Neosporin and wrapped 2 BandAids around it. About 15 minutes later it started to bleed through the BandAids. My mom took off the other BandAids and put Neosporin, a gauze pad, and a BandAid around the cut. It really hurts right now and it is still bleeding. My entire arm feels cold and the finger is throbbing. What should I do!?!?

Can soapy water kill my red eared slider?

I just bought a new tank but it had some strange dusty stuff on the sides that wouldn't come off with just water, so I used liquid soap (like hand soap). I can still see a little bit of residue, and no matter how much I rinse it, it won't go away. Will my turtle be okay? I have a filter which is currently running. English bulldog question?

I have a Female English bulldog I bought a couple months ago. She is a little over a year and Mostly all white. I give her baths about once a week with some awesome dog shampoo I get from Petsmart. I am just not comfortable with sticking soap all over her face in the wrinkles and by her eyes so I am wondering if there is something I can put on a wash rag and use to clean her face that wont hurt her or burn her eyes and will get the dirt and tear stains out. If anyone has bulldog knowledge and knows something I can use please let me know what it is and maybe where I can purchase it. Cat keeps attacking other animals! HELP!?

I have two cats Maci and Zack. Recently they had a litter of kittens which are now 5 weeks old as of today (3/11/2011). Are there any good anime?

It seems like you're into action anime and there are two good ones I can think of. FullMetal Alchemist has a great storyline and is very entertaining. I recommend it highly. If you like action with goofy parts in it, try Soul Eater. It has a lot of comedic relief and plenty of action too. Okay, well first off my face is just really oily and acne prone. I have been using hand soap and warm water and lathering it into my face about once everyday. I downloaded the first CD (Vanilla) and then I put my CD key. I later decide to upgrade it by buying Wotlk, the burning crusade and cata. The odd thing is, I just put the CD keys for each one and and my account get upgraded without downloading the Discs? How come? And say I wanna install WoW on another PC. Can i use the cataclysm one? Do I need to install WotLK software to play it?

I need a good anime to watch?

Based on the animes you've watched, I would definitely suggest D. Gray-Man. It's a fantastic series! It's not too long- about 100 episodes. The only thing is that halfway through the producers stopped dubbing it, so the rest of the episodes are subbed. You get used to it after a few episodes though. There are rumors that the rest of it will be dubbed in the future, but who really knows? All I know is whether the episodes are dubbed or subbed it's the best anime ever and you should watch it!

I have just stained my deck. Can I apply a water sealer over top?

I have stained my deck before. After 2 years, it had a lot of green mold growing from a very wet spring. I cleaned it thoroughly with soap and water, scrubbing and then a spray on deck cleaner. I had planned just to use water seal, but the cleaning removed some of the stain. I applied the same stain with sealer that I used before. I have a clear water sealer that I would like to put over top to protect the deck. It takes a lot of sun in areas and the spring can be very wet. Can I put a water sealer over a stain? How long should I wait to apply the sealer?

I'm 15 and have very severe acne. I've had acne for two or three years, it started before I hit puberty. It's always been severe. And I've tried all the well known cleansers, none worked. Months ago, I started using Lye Soap. And my face cleared up A BIT, its still very severe. What is the difference between WOW digital version and retail box?

I find the digital is a lot safer for a person like me. By that I mean, if you're ever wanting to go on a trip or download WoW on a new computer, you won't have to go searching for that disc you put away years ago. Honestly, digital is just the way to go, you'll never lose it and it's much easier to get support on if you're having issues. I hate those auto flush toilets, I was just srayed by some digusting toilet water. Eughh. Speaking of auto flush toilets, to think about it they waste electricity using a sensor to detect motion, I was just in a bathroom where EVERYTHING was automatic, the paper towel dispensers, the sinks, the soap dispensers, the blow dryers, the toilets and even the lights. Think about the fact that all these things have a sensor to detect motion; a sensor that's wasting electrictity when it's not in use. Besides the fact that auto-everything is for lazy people and it's so inconveint, the toilets flush when your on them, take more than one flush, u have to use more than the soap and paper towel dispensors give u in one dispense. And the auto sinks barely give u a sqiurt of water before u have to wave ur hands or find some way to reactivate the water, so inconvient and it takes electricity to re-heat the water. Lastly auto lights in a bathroom? Really? So the lights turn off mid dump and u have to wipe in the dark. Jeez whats wrong with the world today and saving money everywhere?! Liberalist freaks. I was a teen mom/ wife. It is time consuming.. frustrating at times.. and takes alot of money.. no matter what money plan you come up with.. things are also always going to come up. I think that my dad abuses our family dog?

I can tell you that I myself like to follow more holistic approaches to regulate mood, but if you feel your efforts aren't enough it may be time to seek professional help. I would highly suggest cognitive behavioral therapy and researching how anxiety works. Anxiety is triggered more so by thoughts rather than an initial physical response. I do know it can be crippling and hard to get control of, so given what you have tried you may need some outside help. Just remember that you are in control either way, so try doing stuff to distract you and make you feel better. Drink a lot of water and try to think of positive things like good or kittens playing with yarn or something. In any case, do your research online about cognitive behavioral therapy because it has been shown to help with very complex psychological and emotional problems. I have anxiety attacks that make me feel like my throat is closing, but I try to calm down, exercise, and realize that it's the fact that I'm freaking myself out and I'm actually okay in reality. Question about upgrading world of warcraft cataclysm trial to full.?

Hi my world of warcraft cataclysm trial has expired and i would like to get the full version. I have never played wow before this and would like to know how much i would have to pay to continue playing. When i go to the manage account setting on battle.net it says i have to pay 19.99 to upgrade to the full version. Is this the base version of wow i will be upgrading or cataclysm? When i downloaded the installer it downloaded WOW the base version, burning crusade, wrath of the lich king and cataclysm in that order and installed them. On the account settings i am also seeing the upgrade through to cataclysm option for 87.99 so i am a little confused. Here in east Texas cilantro,chives,onions,and dill start to die off in the late spring/early summer.The "tarragon" you referred to is more likely an herb called Mexican mint marigold. It doesn't do well in the summer either. But don't discard it or the chives ,when the weather cools down they'll start growing again (perennials). I suggest you get another parsley. They grow for 2 years - a real thing of beauty. It is my favorite herb to grow!

English bulldog question?

I have a Female English bulldog I bought a couple months ago. She is a little over a year and Mostly all white. I give her baths about once a week with some awesome dog shampoo I get from Petsmart. Ohkay so i had a pimple and i popped it, it got irritated and became a sore on my face. It semi-healed and a scab formed. Well 2 days ago the scab fell off and now there is a redish pinkish skin there. HOW DO I MAKE it heal faster or at least lighten up. I have been washing my face with soap, leaving neosporin on it but the neosporin hasnt helped it hasnt even lightened up the redness of it. WHAT should i put on it!!
